GAP activity of the CCV fraction is concentration-dependent. Different amounts of either homogenate or CCV fraction were assayed for GAP activity as described for Fig. 4B. Results are expressed after subtraction of the background value (zero time point). The CCV fraction (▵) shows GAP activity, which depends on the amount added to the reaction. In contrast, the homogenate (■) has no activity. The experiment shown is representative of three experiments.
