Lipids from cells overexpressing PIP5KI or β-gal adenovirus were extracted and deacylated. The extracts were analyzed by HPLC. The area of the peak for each phospholipid was expressed relative to that of phosphatidylinositol. Values given are mean ± SEM of three independent experiments.
