Some IE^k + MCC–reactive T cells from 99ATg mice react with IE^k + normal mouse peptides. T cell hybridomas specific for IE^k + MCC were prepared from 99ATg animals as described in Materials and Methods and were assayed for their ability to respond to spleen cells from various types of mice. The results shown are typical of two independent experiments.
