Lack of a proliferative response with Itk−Fyn− splenocytes in a MLR. Splenocytes from mice of the indicated genotypes were stimulated in vitro with irradiated splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice (broken line), or from BALB/c mice (solid lines) for 96 h.
