Recognition of NA8 Mel and transfectants by N-specific (A) and D-specific (B) CTLs in a 4-h ⁵¹Cr-release assay. Targets used were the tyrosinase negative melanoma NA8 Mel (circles), its full-length tyrosinase transfectant NA8 Mel + Tyr (squares), or its T3.1 transfectant NA8 Mel + T3.1 (triangles).
