Radiographic confirmation of severe facet joint degeneration |

Osteoporosis, infection, rheumatoid arthritis |
Spondylodiscitis and active infection |

Known allergy to cobalt, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, or polyethlene |
Traumatic injury of spine |
Pregnant or possible pregnancy in the next 3 years |
