Wild-type (Wt) (n = 5/tp) and Bid-/- (n = 5/tp) mice were euthanized at three or five days post-serum transfer. Peripheral blood was isolated by cardiac stick, and serum was separated by centrifugation and examined for production of the indicated cytokine or chemokine (pg/ml) using a Luminex based assay. Values represent the mean ± standard error, which were compared by Student's t-test.
