Tissue distribution of cholesterol 24-hydroxylase mRNAs in mouse and human. Multiple tissue blots containing 2 μg of polyadenylated RNA from the indicated organs were subjected to hybridization using radio-labeled 24-hydroxylase cDNA probes.
