Baseline-adjusted AUC_{0–24 week} for serum concentrations of PINP in the evaluable population. The increase in baseline-adjusted AUC_{0–24 week} for exemestane was 187% (95% CI, 95–295%). The AUC_{0–24 week} for exemestane was significantly greater than anastrozole (P = 0.004), letrozole (P < 0.001), or placebo (P = 0.033). Changes in baseline-adjusted AUC_{0–24 week} were not statistically significant for other active treatments or placebo.
