Increased nuclease accessibility to the phas promoter in the presence of PvALF. DNase I footprinting in vivo of the top strand of the phas promoter proximal region. Nuclei were isolated from leaves of 58.1A and PvAlf-14 plants incubated in the presence or absence of ABA.
