The anti-CD4 mAb CG7 inhibits the displacement of CCR5-bound MIP-1α by a soluble CD4 fragment containing its first two domains (sCD4D1D2). The antibodies were used at a concentration of 60 nM; the signal-to-noise ratio was greater than 10.
