Insoluble factor(s) is involved in p53 nuclear localization signal (NLS) nuclear importation. Digitonin-permeabilized ALTR (A1–5 Low Temperature Resistant) cells as indicated were incubated with GST-SV40TAgNLS-EGFP or GST-p53BNLS-EGFP substrates with or without HeLa cytosol.
