Fungal growth in the organs of IL-4^−/− and IL-4^+/+ mice injected with 5 × 10⁵ (solid colums) or 2 × 10⁵ (dotted columns) CA-6 cells (Systemic infection) or 10⁸ CA-6 cells (Gastrointestinal infection). Enumeration of yeast cells recovered from the kidneys of mice with systemic infection or from the stomach and kidneys of mice with gastrointestinal infection was performed at different days after infection.
