Total thymocytes were stained with GK1.5-FITC (anti-CD4), GL-3-PE (anti–TCR-γ/δ), and 53.6.7-biotin (anti-CD8) plus streptavidin 670. TCR-γ/δ+ cells were analyzed on gated double-negative (CD4−8−) thymocytes.
