CD3fos-F(ab′)₂ cannot induce proliferation in mature thymocytes. Shown is proliferation of B10 thymocytes to anti-CD3 mAb (2C11), CD3/ CD8 and CD3/CD4 BsAb, and CD3fos-F(ab′)₂(CD3/CD3), as indicated. B10 thymocytes (10⁶/ well) were incubated for 72 h in 96-well plates with antibodies. Cultures were pulsed with 1 μCi [³H]thymidine/well for the last 18 h of culture, harvested, and counted in a beta counter with scintillation.
