Ratio = %Vβn+:%Vβ8.1/8.2+ T cells. Mean percentage of Vβ8.1/8.2+ in the Spl and MCD T cells of C57BL mice was 19 ± 2 and 16.5 ± 0.4% respectively, and for BALB/c mice was 22 ± 1 and 23 ± 5%, respectively.
