Effect of dexamethasone on ET1-induced HOC proliferation. Subconfluent HOC were pretreated for 24 h with vehicle and 10 nM dexamethasone, respectively, and subsequently incubated for 24 h with various concentrations of ET1 (1, 10, 100, and 1,000 pg/ml).
