The fluorescence intensity Ij (circles) were fit to an exponential F[Ij] = a exp(-j/λ) (solid line) with two scaling index lines 1.5F[Ij] and 0.5F[Ij] (dashed). The fluorescence intensity were then converted into log scale in panel (B).
