Similar to the results observed in COS-7 cells, the contributions of the lifetimes of Cerulean-Bsn1692-3263 was significantly affected in the presence of Citrine-CtBP1. The lifetimes are denoted τ1, τ2, and τ3, and their corresponding contributions at the donor emission maxima are denoted τ1%, τ2%, and τ3%. τmean is the mean lifetime at the donor emission maxima. The number of independent measurements is denoted n. The data were taken from the synaptic complexes in axonal processes of hippocampal neurons, using the point detector.
