2 × 106 CD45.2 donor BM cells were injected into the tail vein of lethally irradiated CD45.1/2 C57BL/6 mice. Mice were analyzed 9–12 wk after transplantation. Donor contributions were >90%; all dead recipients died within 3 wk.
