C57BL/6 FSDDC were incubated with L. major amastigotes (A and C) or metacyclic promastigotes (B and D) for 18 h. (A and B) After complete dissociation of aggregates in EDTA, cytospins were prepared and stained with DiffQuick, and DC– parasite interactions were evaluated.
