LMB inhibits nuclear export of p120^ctn in tetracycline-inducible L929 cells. L929 cells expressing the rtTA transactivator were transfected with pUHD10.3-derived plasmids encoding p120^ctn isoform 3AB (a, c, and d) or isoform 3A (b). Expression of p120^ctn was induced by dox treatment for 24 h. Cells were fixed by methanol and stained with mAb pp120.
