Expression of (A) IL-4R α-chain, (B) SCF receptor (c-kit), and (C) high-affinity IgE receptor α-chain on cultured MC measured by flow cytometry. MC (99% purity) were cultured in medium supplemented with SCF without IL-4 (−) or with IL-4 (+) for 20 days.
