Phosphorothioate oligonucleotide (S-ODN) anti-CD55(687) and S-ODN anti-CD46(85) exert anti-sense activity in different tumour cell lines. Both oligonucleotides were transfected either individually or combined in T47D, A549 and PC3 cells. Cell lines were analysed for (a) CD55 and (b) CD46 expression by flow cytometry.
