Two-exponential fits to IBa decay in tsA201 cells transfected with different combinations of L-type Ca2+ channel subunits, and in rabbit ventricular myocytes. IBa was elicited by 16.5-s long pulse from the holding potential of −90 mV to +20 mV. The fit function and parameters are described in methods.
