Suppression of UVC- and stauroeporine-induced apopotosis in HCCR-1 overexpressed cell. (A) HEK293, HEK293/Vector and HEK293/HCCR-1 cells were exposed to 40 J/m2 of the short-wave length light (UVC) ray, 100 nM of staurosporine and 300 nM of actinomycin D, in respectively. The cells were than stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by FACS. The % of apoptotic cells from each analysis were presented on a bar graph.
