Kinetic analysis of H2S production and O2 reduction in T. denticola aerobic cultivations. T. denticola cultures (OD660 = 0.048, final concentration) were cultivated under aerobic conditions. After 0, 5, 15, 22,30, 50, 150, 270, and 300 min of incubation, the changes in O2 levels were determined for cell-free medium (○) and medium plus bacteria (•).
