An isolate was considered resistant (R) when the relative mycelial growth was ≥20% at the discriminatory dose of 0.3 μg of propiconazole/ml; all other isolates were considered sensitive (S).
The CT value of Mona was normalized with the MfActin gene CT value (ΔCT) and calibrated to the normalized CT value of the isolate SCDL72 (ΔΔCT), which had the lowest Mona copy number. The relative copy number was calculated by the equation 2−ΔΔCT. Means are average values for three independent experiments.
