Phosphorylation of KlHog1p in wild-type (WT), ΔKlste7, and ΔKlpbs2 strains. Cells were grown to mid-exponential phase in YPD medium and not treated or treated with 0.5 M KCl. After the indicated times, the cells were lysed as described in Materials and Methods.
