Rabbits 1334 (squares) and 1335 (triangles) were vaccinated with an ANDV M gene-based DNA vaccine, pWRG/AND-M, by muscle electroporation on days 0, 28, 56, and 77 (arrowheads). Sera were collected prevaccination and again on days 42, 56, 77, 91, and 102.
