Isolates with MICs of ≥8 μg/ml for both echinocandins were of C. neoformans (n = 125), Trichosporon spp. (n = 3), Rhodotorula mucilaginosa (n = 2), Geotrichum spp. (n = 2), and C. glabrata (n = 1).
