Normal human SOSTDC1 is secreted and binds to matrix or cell surface proteins around neighboring cells. HEK293 cells were transfected with SOSTDC1-FLAG, and expression was analyzed using rhodamine-conjugated anti-FLAG antibody (mouse anti-FLAG-rh). Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
