Cytoplasmic extracts were prepared from HeLa cells at the indicated times after mock-infection (M) or infection with vB14 (W), vΔB14(Δ), and vB14-rev (R) at 2 p.f.u. per cell. Cytosolic proteins (15 μg per lane) were resolved by SDS-PAGE (15% gel) and analysed by immunoblotting with the Abs indicated on the right. Sizes of bands detected are indicated on the left in kDa.
