Telomerase activity in kinetoplastid parasites. Lanes 1–6, T. brucei DEAE eluate; lanes 8–13, L. tarentolae DEAE eluate; lanes 15–20, L. major DEAE eluate. Telomerase products were fractionated in 10% sequencing gels to reveal the periodicity of banding pattern.
