Dual-fluorescence observation of cis-Golgi-localized α-1,6-mannosyltransferases. After YMO56 cells were incubated at 25°C in SC medium, Och1p-GFP and Mnn9p-mRFP were observed at the same time with a high-performance confocal laser scanning microscope system. Images were taken at a rate of one frame per 1.6 seconds. Observations of three different cells are shown.
