The mutants listed had >2-fold the number of cells with defective intracellular sterol/filipin distribution (defined in either of the filipin fluorescence columns) compared to wild-type cells. All percentages in boldface represent statistically significant differences compared to the wild-type control (P < 0.0001; 95% confidence). The remaining 41 deletion mutants identified in the genomic screen had no significant differences.
