Binding of dgRTA, PE38-lys, and RFB4 peptides to HUVECs. HUVECs (105) were incubated on ice for 30 min with FITC reagents in 100 μl PBS/BSA/AZ at varying concentrations, washed, fixed in 1% paraformaldehyde, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
