Tropism analysis of putative full-length MuERVs. Cellular tropism of 16 putative full-length MuERVs was determined by in silico RFLP analysis using three restriction enzymes (BamHI, EcoRI, and HindIII). Relative locations of each restriction enzyme site were mapped on each MuERV. Expected RFLP patterns of ecotropic and xenotropic MuERVs are presented on the bottom as a reference [27].
