Core body temperature recordings in conscious WT mice given vehicle, prazosin (0.1 mg kg⁻¹), RS 100329 (0.1 mg kg⁻¹), BMY 7378 (0.5 mg kg⁻¹), RS 100329 (0.1 mg kg⁻¹) plus BMY 7378 (0.5 mg kg⁻¹) or cyclazosin (1 mg kg-¹) 30 min prior to administration of MDMA (20 mg kg⁻¹), at room temperature.
