Time course of AZTMP removal in the presence of ATP. (A) Five millimolar ATP was present in a mix containing 10 nM of the AZTMP-terminated P/T P_30-AZTMP/T₅₀ that was labeled with ³²P at the 5′ end of the primer. The reaction was started by the addition of 20 nM of the different PR–RTs and stopped at the time points indicated.
