∗ The numbers indicate the absolute counts and the percentage of the total responses to that question. One question about each category asked if it exists with a yes or no answer possible. If a respondent answered yes, that the hospital had experienced this, he or she was then asked to rate importance on a scale of one to five, with one being not at all important, and five very important. “No” was rated as 0. In this table, the “yes” values are collapsed with a rating of 1 or 2 shown as less important, and 3–5 as moderately to very important.
