*Comparisons were done as in Figure 2. Then, the genes corresponding to different levels of correlation were divided into groups according to their expression level and the GOs were searched. Only statistically significant categories are shown. High correlation class includes both very high and high correlation classes from Figure 2b, while the low correlations include both low and very low correlations classes, also from Figure 2b.
