Protein samples were analyzed by use of a DynaPro Molecular Sizing Instrument and Dynamics software. The actual translation diffusion coefficient measured for each sample was used to estimate the hydrodynamic radius (Rh) based on the Stokes-Einstein equation, and the molecular mass (Mr) was estimated by using the supplied standard curve of Mr versus Rh data. The percent mass intensity for each sample was calculated after subtraction of solvent scattering peaks. Rh values are given as the average ± SE of four independent determinations.
