The thioanisole molecule is manually docked within the active site and suggests a possible orientation of the substrate in the active site. The carbon atoms of thioanisole are colored in green. The side chain of Met-106 enters the space between positions 109 and 106, which is important for the substrate alignment and steering within the active site.
