TT-specific IgG AFCs (A) and IgA AFCs (B) in MLN. PP-null mice or ILF-null mice were generated as described in the legend to Fig. 1. The mice were orally immunized with rSalmonella-Tox C. Four weeks after the immunization, mononuclear cells were isolated from the MLN, and TT-specific IgG and IgA AFCs were examined by ELISPOT assay.
