Fibronectin was immobilized on a CM5 chip, increasing concentrations of the PM1665 protein (0.2 μM, 0.4 μM, 0.8 μM, 1.6 μM, 3.2 μM, and 6.3 μM) were injected at a flow rate of 5 μl min⁻¹ for 30 min, and the binding responses were recorded as response units (RU).
