Splenocytes of age-matched B6 wt, MECL-1−/−, LMP7−/−, and LMP7−/− plus MECL-1−/− mice were stained with anti-CD19-APC, biotin-conjugated anti-H-2Kb, and SAV-PE (uninfected mice; n = 4); anti-CD19-PE, biotin-conjugated anti-H-2Kb, and SAV-APC (infected mice) (A); or anti-CD4-FITC and anti-CD8α-APC antibodies (B) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
