Expression of pro- and antiapoptotic proteins in NCI-H292 cells after transfection with H5N1 NS1. Cell lysates harvested at different time points (6, 12, 18, 24, and 30 h) posttransfection were used for Western blot analysis to detect the expression of procaspase-9, Bid, Bad, Bim, Bcl-xL, Bax, and Bak.
