In vitro proteolysis of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) subunits/isoforms. The cytosolic and nuclear fractions of mouse brain homogenate were incubated at 30° C for 10 or 30 min in the presence of calcium and selective protease inhibitors, as indicated above the blots.
