Activities are reported in units of picomol of Pi per 30 min per milligram of cell extract at room temperature and presented as mean ± SD of triplicate determinations. 

^*Jurkat cells were treated with 10 ng/ml anti-Fas (7C11) for 6 hr, and the cell death percentage was 91% measured by MTT assay (20).
